From the fiery beats of Afro-Cuban jazz to the sultry melodies of bossa nova, Latin Jazz at the Bechtler offers an unforgettable musical experience. Experience the infectious energy and sizzling grooves as the talented musicians Jim Brock (percussion), Nelson Rios (Bass), and Ariel Mejia (trumpet) take the stage with the Ziad Jazz Quartet, led by Ziad Rabie, creating a captivating blend of Latin rhythms, melodic sensibilities, and improvisational brilliance. This unique fusion of cultures and musical traditions will transport listeners to a world where the boundaries of jazz are pushed and new artistic expressions emerge.

Admission:
Tickets are $20 for Bechtler members; $25 for nonmembers; free for Jazz Affinity Group members. Advance ticket registration is required for all shows to guarantee seating.

Concertgoers may choose from one of two shows: 6 PM or 8:15 PM. Each concert is 75 minutes and performed without an intermission. Doors open at 5:30 PM for the 6 PM show and at 7:45 PM for the 8:15 PM show.
